Catering

Let the Good Life catering crew help with your next event! We provide full-service catering for parties, meetings and weddings – including: menu and budget development, delivery, buffet setup, service and tear down, beverages, open and cash bars, and paper products.

We can cater at your home, cabin, Itasca State Park, The Firefly Event Barn, Armory Square, and other local event venues and resorts. If your event is in the evening, we can also host your group in our private dining room at Big River, our sister restaurant on Main Street, Park Rapids.

Our catering menus range from sandwich platters, boxed lunches and casual picnic foods to appetizers and formal dinner buffets.

One week notice is required for all deliveries and 48-hours notice for pick-ups. Delivery starts at $50 and requires a minimum order of $200. Chef service fee for buffets includes transportation of food, buffet setup and cleanup, and all serving dishes and utensils. High quality disposable plates, cups, utensils and napkins are also available for a nominal cost. Clients are responsible for providing all tables, chairs, table coverings and garbage cans.

For large events, final guest count is due 14 days prior to the event. A down payment may be required for your event and final payment is due the day of your event. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted.

Open and Cash Bars

Bar services must be combined with food catering. Inquire for open and cash bar pricing. Setup fees for beer and wine bar is $100, full bar is $200. Bartenders are scheduled on a ratio of one bartender per 75 guest. There is a $25/hour fee per bartender. Setup and bartenders may be complimentary, depending on your guest count. All packages also include disposable glasses, drink straws, ice and cocktail napkins.

Bar services must be combined with food catering. State law dictates that we must provide food at an event in order to provide alcohol.
